A little less to carry.
A name with room to grow.

Four original directions for the collaborative assistant for modern parenthood. Clean sans serif, bright yellow and charcoal—with distinct ideas for what Sunday can stand for.

01Sunday Daybreak logo concept
Direction 01

Daybreak

A filled sunrise above a separated horizon makes the promise immediate: a lighter day ahead. The broad semicircle and quiet line are warmer than a generic productivity badge. This is the clearest continuity with the existing direction.

16
24
48 px

Use the included small mark at 16–20 px; its horizon gap is enlarged. Keep the main lockup at least 120 px wide. At 24 and 48 px the standard mark works.

02Sunday Shared circle logo concept
Direction 02

Shared circle

Two equal open arcs create one shared space. Neither part dominates, expressing collaborative responsibility and room for the whole family. The open centre prevents the mark feeling like a heavy seal.

16
24
48 px

The top and bottom gaps stay more than one pixel open at 16 px. Use the supplied small version at 16–20 px and avoid making the arcs thinner. Primary lockup minimum 120 px.

03Sunday Sunfold logo concept
Direction 03

Sunfold

A broad S ribbon is divided by one angled fold. It links the Sunday initial with the idea of carrying a task from one person to another. Its solid silhouette gives the strongest product/avatar presence of the four.

16
24
48 px

The folded S retains its silhouette at 16 px. The cut is deliberately broad, not a hairline. Standard and small versions preserve the same silhouette; primary lockup minimum 120 px.

04Sunday Sunday, quietly logo concept
Direction 04

Sunday, quietly

The name leads. DM Sans is optically spaced in lowercase; a narrow horizon cut in the d ascender gives the lettering a discreet daybreak signature. The companion d avatar uses the same genuine font contour, so it belongs to the name rather than feeling like an added icon.

16
24
48 px

Use the uncut small d avatar at 16–20 px; the typographic cut is intended for 24 px and larger. The wordmark-led lockup has no separate large symbol. Minimum lockup width 120 px.

Try each direction at everyday sizes. The app mark needs to be clear in a family chat, while the full logo has room to breathe.

What holds the system together

Warmth in the colour.
Confidence in the shape.

Each direction keeps the mark separate from a readable Sunday wordmark, so the identity can work in a notification, an app icon or a wide page header.

These are original explorations informed by the references below. The shapes and lettering have been developed for Sunday. They remain proposals for you to choose between; the landing pages use the baseline daybreak identity.
